It is a romantic apartment, newly built in a refurbished building with lift / elevator. It is very spacious for a studio apartment and is ideal for 1 or 2 guests. The apartment consists of 2 adjacent areas - a kitchen/dining room and a bedroom/lounge, and also has a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully-equipped, with large fridge-freezer, washing machine & dryer, microwave, cutlery & crockery, coffee machine and ceramic hob. There is a dining table with chairs. The bedroom/lounge area contains 1 double pull-out sofa bed and a TV. Two people have plenty of space to enjoy a completely comfortable stay in this cosy studio apartment. This is without doubt one of the best areas of Madrid, just round the corner from the beautiful Plaza de Santa Ana square with its cafeterias and outdoor terraces and the wonderful Royal Theatre building. It is also just 2 minutes walk from Madrid's most central square, the Puerta del Sol, where there is a Metro station. The apartment is located on the Nuñez de Arce street which leads off the Plaza Sanata Ana, where you may find interesting restaurants, shops and cafeterias without the noise of the main streets. The marvellous Plaza Mayor is just 10 minutes walk away and all of Madrid's most important monuments and museums and easily accessible from this central point.
