Extra beds are available on request, and there is central air-conditioning. The apartment has optional off-street parking and there is an optional laundry and cleaning service twice a week.

Narvaez is the second street parallel to the Retiro's east side and situated next to Madrid's historic Retiro park, in a lively residential neighbourhood with wide tree-lined streets and open-air terrazas. The Ibiza Metro station is just across the street. From the airport it's 20 minutes in by taxi, or go by metro to Colombia (line 8), then change to line 9 and get off at Ibiza.
