This apartment is situated right in the centre of Madrid, just one block away from the famous 'Puerta del Sol' square in what is considered Madrid's historical and cultural city centre. The apartment is in a quiet pedestrian street just off the main sqaure in a safe area, near coffee shops, typical 'tapas' bars and excellently communicated due to the Sol Metro just across the street. The building is new, built in 2002, and matches the stylish atmosphere of Madrid's city centre. All of the apartments have two balconies, one bedroom (with choice of double bed or 2 separate beds), a fully decorated bathroom, and a living room with a kitchenette. There is a double sofa bed in the living room, allowing the apartment to sleep 4 guests.

The apartment is located right in the centre of Madrid, within walking distance of all major sites and museums. The Sol Metro station (lines 1, 2 and 3) is just 3 minutes away. From Sol, walk up Calle Carretas until you see Calle Cadiz (which is a small pedestrian street on your left). Take Calle Cadiz and Calle Barcelona will be the first street to your right (also pedestrian). The building entrance is at the back, in Calle Barcelona 3 which is a pedestrian street.
