This shop was originally founded in 1934 as a grocer's store, but then 2 years later started specializing in sweets and chocolates - everything under the sun for those with a sweet tooth!

I lived in Alcala de Henares for four months while my Dad got a job
teaching some students who took this amazing trip from the U.S.A. to spend
four months in a small suberb of Madrid, Spain.
So my family taveled from Tucson AZ to Spain.
In America we have good candy but this store was way better than all the
candy from the U.S.A. put together.

So we are walkin down the road and see this candy shop and since i( well
everyone) likes candy we stopped there. it was the best ever!!!!!!
