As befits a Valencian restaurant (paella is originally a Valencian dish), the specialities here are all rice dishes.
Try out arroz a banda (rice with shrimps cooked in a tasty seafood sauce) or the standard paella Valenciana - rice with chicken, vegetables and morsels of rabbit.
The other dishes tend to be a variation of this same theme (rice dishes with seafood, rice dishes with meat, etc.) but if you want to try out a good paella, you can't go wrong in this restaurant, situated near the delightful small square called Plaza de las Comendadoras.
