Sotavento is located in the heart of Madrid's barrio Salamanca about 50 metres from the Nuevo Teatro Alcalá and close to the newly refurbished Palacio de los Deportes. The menu offers top quality Mediterranean cuisine made with carefully prepared first-class seasonal produce. There is excellent shellfish from Galicia (prawns, velvet crab) and the southern Spanish coast (white shrimp from Huelva), a wide choice of fresh fish (cod, sea bass, etc.) and superb meats, as well as daily specials.
