Located on the central Calle de Jorge Juan in the heart of the Salamanca district, O'live is an innovative restaurant thanks to its versatile spaces and cuisine, making it ideal for all occasions. Diners can choose from dishes such as egg at 63º with confited potato and porcini; warm goat's cheese and strawberry salad; or risotto of wild mushrooms, truffle and parmesan cream. These original creations are accompanied by a wide variety of meat and fish dishes prepared from the highest quality ingredients. A long list of desserts puts the final touch on a well balanced, healthy and appealing menu. There is also a private dining area for 10-12 people. The décor is sophisticated and modern with Philippe Starck furniture with plenty of steel and velvet in black, green and grey tones, where every element contributes to a truly pleasurable experience.
