Laventura is in the heart of Madrid's Universidad district, close to the shopping quarter on calle Princesa. Chef-owner Jaime Tamerón offers diners seasonal cuisine based on natural and fresh ingredients, served quickly and efficiently by an organised and dynamic team of waiters. The wine cellar is a naturally formed cavern and has more than 150 different wines. There is a tasting menu for groups and whole tables, although other options include wet rice with Carabinero jumbo scarlet prawns or fillet steak.
