Dear Sir or Madam,
we are an event agency from Aschaffenburg/ Germany and planning a big event
for one of our regular costumers on Wednesday 14th October 2009 in Madrid.
This event includes 120 persons who are being located in the Wellington
Hotel in the city centre of Madrid.
We are looking for a restaurant that serves our guests excellent evening
dinner on October 14th.
Do you have capacities for 120 people in the restaurant Filo Velazquez and
can we rent it exclusively ? If yes, please send us some menue nominations
and detail informations about the restaurant, for example pictures and if
possible, a plan from the room. The budget per person is between 100 and
125 euros.
