Lots of storage and modern conveniences make it an easy move in and wonderful place to live. Fully furnished including all linens, towels, kitchen ware, plates and glasses. A full bath and a kitchen with a washer, icebox/freezer and microwave ensure your creature comforts will all be amply taken care of. The apartment is all electric with the 120 liter hot water heater and room radiators on a nightly electric tariff to maintain low billings while ensuring year round comfort. Contracting for the current cleaning lady is a possibility. The minimum stay is for 1 year.
