The Residencial Piramides Apartment is a two-bedroom luxury
attic apartment with capacity for up to 4 guests. It is located on the 7th
and top floor
of this modern building with several lifts/elevators, and thus has truly wonderful views from 2 different sides of the apartment.
Private parking space is available, with direct internal access via
the building lift to the 7th-floor apartment. Living Room - Dining Room
The spacious living-dining room has a comfortable 3-seater sofa, armchair, coffee-table, dining table and chairs and also a work desk.
There is a high-speed wi-fi Internet connection, a large flatscreen TV with digital terrestrial television,
fixed phone line with free calls to landline numbers, and large full-length windows which open up to give access to the expansive
terrace area which has an area of 20 square metres. To one side of this area is the kitchen.
Kitchen
The kitchen is small, but fully-equipped and conveniently located next to the living and dining room areas.
It is clean and modern and has a large fridge-freezer, oven and ceramic hob / hot plate, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, Italian coffee
maker, and all the necessary crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots and pans for all your self-catering needs. There is also a washing-machine and
dish-washer.
Main bedroom
The master bedroom has a large double bed with a bedside table and reading light on either side, large fitted wardrobes with plenty of
storage space, and shelves with a varied collection of books. The full-length windows open up to give access to the terrace on this side
of the building, from where you can get a good view of the city of Madrid and even the sierra mountains to the north on a clear day. Just behind
the door there is a large mirror.
Second bedroom
Just across the hall, the second bedroom is smaller but contains everything needed to make it a comfortable sleeping space for 1 or even 2
guests, since the single bed has a second mattress in a pull-out tray, allowing 2 people to sleep here. There is a large work desk and chair, full-length
mirror, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers with plenty of storage space.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a bathtub and shower unit, large mirror and storage cupboards. It also has a heated towel rack.
Front terrace
Accessible via the living room, the front terrace is a large open space of approximately 20 square metres, perfect for sunbathing
and relaxing outside while you enjoy the wonderful Spanish weather. This is the top floor of the apartment building, meaning that
the terrace isn't overlooked by any other apartments and is therefore your own private space. From here, you can look down to view
the swimming pool, or enjoy the wonderful views, being able to see for miles and miles towards the south of Madrid, since the apartment is
south-facing and enjoys direct sunlight all year-round.

This is a luxury 2 bedroom apartment with all the mod cons for a long-term or short-term rental in Madrid. It has private indoor parking space
